Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 interacts with NF-E2-related factor 2 in a redox-sensitive manner ａnd the dissociation of the proteins in the cylasm is followed by transportation of NF-E2-related factor 2 to the nucleus. This interaction results in the expression of the catalytic subunit of gamma-glutamylcysteine synthetase. Application

KEAP1 antibody [C1C3] detects KEAP1 protein at cylasm by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: KEAP1 protein stained by KEAP1 antibody [C1C3] diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
