Amine Magnetic Beads 氨基修飾磁珠
聚合物氨基磁珠：PuriMag G-NH2氨基磁珠是具有-NH2表面官能團(tuán)的超順磁微球，由Fe3O4核和GMA涂層組成。通過(guò)GMA的化學(xué)修飾，-NH2基團(tuán)通過(guò)短的親水性連接臂連接到珠子上。
親水表面確保磁珠在各種緩沖液中具有出色的分散性和易操作性。具有表面反應(yīng)性胺基的磁珠允許配體如蛋白質(zhì)、肽、碳水化合物或其它特異性分子的固定。
配體的固定可以通過(guò)醛或酮的還原胺化而不預(yù)先活化珠表面�；蛘撸珽DC交聯(lián)劑可用于羧基將配體與胺偶聯(lián)。
，胺反應(yīng)性雙功能交聯(lián)劑可用于引入其他官能團(tuán)以偶聯(lián)配體。
