機器拆箱后應檢查減速電機，料筒、軸承座，在運輸中有無損壞，堅固件有無松動，若有松動應擰緊，支承地基為平整的混凝土地面，攪拌機搬運時應用繩索系在攪拌軸上，攪拌機底座下面有腳輪，可任意移動。
