Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls - Provide daily office administrative management - Purchase and maintain office equipment, supplies, etc. - Coordinate company events such as annual dinner and meetings - Supervise receptionists, functional assistants, drivers, and tea ladies - Receive VIP visitors and provide logistic support - Liaison with vendors, suppliers, customers, headquarters - Handle expatriates” visa, work permit, residence, card, house rental, etc. - Coordinate big projects when arise, e.g. office relocation, office decoration, new site opening Qualification: - University graduates - Minimum 2 years work experience of admin support, a multinational company or a Rep Office is plus - Strong PC skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or Lotus Notes - Excellent command of English, both verbal and written - Desired personality: energetic and proactive attitude, good team player, strong communicat
