（1）用千斤頂開始加載，注視測力環(huán)或壓力表，至預(yù)壓0.05MPa，穩(wěn)壓1min，使承載板與土基緊密接觸，同時檢查百分表的工作情況是否正常，然后放松千斤頂油門卸載，穩(wěn)壓1min，將指針對零或記錄初始讀數(shù)。

（2）測定土基的壓力變形曲線。用千斤頂加載，采用逐加載卸載法，用壓力表或測力環(huán)控制加載量，荷載小于0.1MPa時，每增加0.02MPa，以后每增加0.04MPa左右。為了使加載和計算方便，加載數(shù)值可適當(dāng)調(diào)整為整數(shù)。每次加載至預(yù)定荷載后，穩(wěn)定1min立即讀記兩臺彎沉儀百分表數(shù)值,然后輕輕放開千斤頂油門卸載至0,待卸載穩(wěn)定1min后,再次讀數(shù),每次卸載后百分表不再對零。當(dāng)兩臺彎沉儀百分表讀數(shù)之差小于平均值的30%時，取平均值，如超過30%，則應(yīng)重測。當(dāng)回彈變形值超過1min時，即可停止加載。
