用本儀器作為水泥膠砂干縮試驗(yàn)或測(cè)量膨脹率、自應(yīng)力值時(shí)，均需采用兩端裝有球形頂頭的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試件以及相應(yīng)的成型養(yǎng)護(hù)方法。

儀器應(yīng)在無(wú)振動(dòng)環(huán)境中，在橡皮墊上平穩(wěn)安放，試驗(yàn)室的室溫應(yīng)控制在17-25℃為佳，每次試驗(yàn)安放試件前，應(yīng)將試件兩端的頂頭表面擦凈，同時(shí)用稍濕棉紗細(xì)團(tuán)擦凈儀器的上、下支承面（指下支承孔及觸頭孔）以免沙粒落入，影響測(cè)量精度，然后校對(duì)百分表的零點(diǎn)（可用手指輕擊表面玻璃定表針位置）。讀數(shù)時(shí)可將試件稍移動(dòng)，使試件頂頭與儀器的上、下支承面正確接觸，測(cè)量應(yīng)精確至0.01毫米或0.001毫米。如指針出現(xiàn)擺動(dòng)時(shí)，可取擺動(dòng)范圍的平均讀數(shù)，

儀器如長(zhǎng)期不用，則應(yīng)在擦凈表面后，在非鍍面上一層薄機(jī)油并用塑料薄膜蓋罩，以防銹蝕。

四、質(zhì)保期間

質(zhì)保一年，質(zhì)保期內(nèi)，本廠免費(fèi)對(duì)設(shè)備及配件進(jìn)行維修；因不可抗拒力(如水災(zāi)、火災(zāi)、地震、雷擊、電壓異常或人為)造成的損壞不在保修之列。
