（1） 本機(jī)無(wú)外部加油孔。傳動(dòng)箱內(nèi)蝸輪付、齒輪付及軸承等運(yùn)動(dòng)部件每季加二硫化鉬潤(rùn)滑脂一次，加油時(shí)可分別打開(kāi)軸承蓋，支座與立柱導(dǎo)軌之間，升降機(jī)構(gòu)之間應(yīng)經(jīng)常滴入機(jī)油潤(rùn)滑，每年保養(yǎng)一次，將本機(jī)全部清洗并加注潤(rùn)滑油和潤(rùn)滑脂。

（2） 機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)遇有金屬撞擊噪聲，應(yīng)首先檢查攪拌葉與攪拌鍋之間的間隙是否正確。

（3） 使用攪拌鍋時(shí)，要輕拿輕放，不可隨意碰撞，以免造成攪拌鍋?zhàn)冃巍?/span>

（4） 當(dāng)更換新的攪拌鍋或葉片時(shí)，均應(yīng)按前述方法調(diào)整間隙。

（5） 應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查電氣絕緣情況，在20℃±5℃相對(duì)濕度50%~70%時(shí)的冷態(tài)絕緣電阻≥5MΩ
