NA-1型含沙量由一只裝有200目篩網(wǎng)的濾筒和與濾筒直徑相應(yīng)的漏斗及一只具有0-100%刻度的玻璃測(cè)管組成。

操作程序

1.把泥漿充至測(cè)管上標(biāo)有【泥漿】字樣的刻線處，加清水至標(biāo)有【水】的刻線處，堵死管口并搖震。

2.傾倒該混合物于濾筒中，丟棄通過(guò)濾篩的液體，再加清水于測(cè)管中，搖震后再倒入濾筒中。反復(fù)之，直至測(cè)管內(nèi)清潔為止。

3.用清水沖洗篩網(wǎng)上所得的沙子，剔除殘留泥漿。

4.把漏斗套進(jìn)濾筒然后慢慢翻轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)來(lái)，并把漏斗嘴插入測(cè)管內(nèi)，用清水把附在篩網(wǎng)的沙子全部沖入管內(nèi)。

5.待沙子沉淀后，讀出沙子的百分含量。

6.將儀器清洗并擦干，放入箱內(nèi)。
