注意事項(xiàng)
 

本夾具適用于任何類型的壓力試驗(yàn)機(jī)，使用時(shí)應(yīng)將本夾具放在壓力試驗(yàn)機(jī)下壓力板上有夾具底部直徑8孔定位以對(duì)中心位置，然后把上下壓力板平面上擦干凈，放入水泥試塊，試塊寬的一邊緊靠定位銷【3】，調(diào)整壓力機(jī)的上壓力板與夾具上的球座【10】的上平面接觸便可以加壓，記錄試塊壓碎時(shí)壓力試驗(yàn)機(jī)的示值單位；N，除以試塊面積【40*40=1600MM平方】即可很方便的求出抗壓強(qiáng)度單位；MPa

使用完畢后，應(yīng)及時(shí)清除試塊碎屑，個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)部位涂上潤(rùn)滑油，各光面涂上防銹油以防止銹蝕
