1、本儀器采用箱子及塑料袋包裝，開箱后應(yīng)檢查產(chǎn)品合格證。使用說明書等資料是否齊全，一并仔細(xì)閱讀使用說明書。

2、將儀器放在平整且水平的地面上，打開后門，按圖一所示檢查所有零部件是否都已裝好，注意使各連接管口保持緊密狀態(tài)，然后將電源插頭插入220V交流電源插座內(nèi)，并有可靠接地，儀器即可投入使用。

3、參閱圖二所示操作面板上的各個(gè)功能開關(guān)，儀器便開始工作，如果工作負(fù)壓超出了。“-4000——6000Pa”的范圍，應(yīng)旋動調(diào)壓旋鈕將負(fù)壓調(diào)節(jié)在國標(biāo)規(guī)定的范圍之內(nèi)。

4、按GB1345——91進(jìn)行篩分時(shí)，先用天平稱出25g的水泥試樣，倒入試樣篩向內(nèi)并蓋上篩蓋，然后起動儀器，待停機(jī)后取下試驗(yàn)篩，將篩余物件倒入天平稱量，得出篩析結(jié)果。
