負(fù)壓篩析儀主要由箱體、篩座、吸塵器，旋風(fēng)收塵裝置和數(shù)顯時(shí)間控制器等組成。

箱體是儀器的主體結(jié)構(gòu)所有零部件均安裝在箱體內(nèi)。篩座內(nèi)裝有同步電機(jī)，噴嘴，硬管等，上面安放試驗(yàn)飾及篩蓋。硬管下端以軟管與旋風(fēng)筒進(jìn)氣口相接，另外還有小口用軟管接負(fù)壓表上。吸塵器作為負(fù)壓源。吸口接在旋風(fēng)筒出氣口上，其電機(jī)可經(jīng)面板上的調(diào)壓旋鈕進(jìn)行無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速，以便隨時(shí)改變儀器的工作負(fù)壓。旋風(fēng)收塵裝置由旋風(fēng)筒和收塵瓶組成。旋風(fēng)筒的配置大大提高了收塵效率，使95%的水泥粉塵落入收塵瓶，從而減少了吸塵器的清灰次數(shù)。
