1、查看頂蓋與底座內(nèi)是否有密封圈并擰緊各螺絲后檢查容器是否漏氣。

2、將攪拌均勻的漿液在自加水開(kāi)始的7min內(nèi)倒入容積為400ml的壓力容器過(guò)濾漏斗中。

3、倒入漿液體積為200ml，安裝并旋緊上端蓋子，靜置10min，上端連接壓縮空氣，開(kāi)啟壓縮空氣閥，迅速加壓至試驗(yàn)壓力。

4、保持試驗(yàn)壓力5min后，關(guān)閉壓縮空氣閥卸壓，使漏斗下部泌水管中的泌水全部流出，記錄泌水體積，精確至0.2ml。
