針入度試驗器是根據(jù)中華人民共和國國家標準GB/T4509 《石油瀝青針入度測定法》、GB/T269《潤滑脂和石油脂錐入度測定法》及中華人民共和國交通行業(yè)標準JTJ052-2000《公路工程瀝青及瀝青混合料試驗規(guī)程》—T0604《瀝青針入度試驗》中的技術要求和有關規(guī)定設計制造的，

技術參數(shù)：

1、針入時控裝置： 可分別選擇5、8、10、12、30、60，時間誤差小于±0.1。

2、針入深度裝置：利用齒條帶動光柵作數(shù)字顯示，使用方便、快捷、直觀，可在任何位置啟動。

3、針入精度： ±1針入度。

4、大針入深度： 600針入度。

5、恒溫�。� 為硬質玻璃缸。

6、標準針： 2.5±0.05g, 符合GB/T4509、T0604的規(guī)格要求。

7、標準針體： 102.5±0.05g, 符合國家標準GB/T269的規(guī)格要求。

8、升降支架： 可以自由調(diào)節(jié),便于針尖(錐尖)對準試樣平面
