1、接通電源，應(yīng)先檢查電源線是否安全可靠，控制器上的開關(guān)按鈕應(yīng)在關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。

2、接通電源，檢查電壓應(yīng)是380V，電源指示燈亮。

3、檢查電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確。檢查方法如下：將提錘掛鉤置于擊實(shí)錘之下，若開機(jī)將錘提起，說明電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)向正確（逆時(shí)針方向），反之說明電機(jī)方向反了，應(yīng)調(diào)換電源相位接法。

4、檢查控制器各個(gè)按鈕工作是否可靠。

5、試機(jī)正常后，方可進(jìn)行正式試驗(yàn)。
