非常感謝您選用獻(xiàn)縣鵬翼建筑儀器廠產(chǎn)品，營業(yè)執(zhí)照注冊號：92130929MA0936YT18我們將盡心盡力地為您作好售后服務(wù)。為了讓您能得到*快速、*滿意的服務(wù)，我廠本著“誠信經(jīng)營，穩(wěn)步發(fā)展，與時俱進(jìn)”的經(jīng)營理念和以誠信服務(wù)營造客戶放心選擇的服務(wù)宗旨，現(xiàn)作出并實(shí)行如下承諾：

Thank you very much for choosing the products of Xian County Pengyi construction instrument factory, business license registration number: 92130929MA0936YT18, we will do our best for you after-sales service. In order to provide you with the fastest ａnd most satisfactory service, our factory is in line with the business philosophy of "honest operation, steady development, keeping pace with the times" ａnd the service tenet of building customers＇ safe choice with honest service. We are making ａnd implementing the following commitments:

技術(shù)參數(shù)：

1、  擊錘重量：10kg±10g

2、  擊錘落高：500mm±5mm

3、  擊錘速度：55—70次/分

4、  電源：380V

5、  電機(jī)功率：750W、1.5—2.2KW

6、  錐頭φ400mm探釬φ25mm

備注:本機(jī)分為3款，2.1米 2.5米 3米

注意事項：

1、  不上探釬不能開空車，擊錘不能空打。

2、  開電機(jī)前，兩道滑道必須加潤滑油。

一、產(chǎn)品本廠承諾所有的系列產(chǎn)品，嚴(yán)格按照國標(biāo)、部標(biāo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組織生產(chǎn)，并承諾所提供的產(chǎn)品是全新的未曾使用過的，從原材料進(jìn)廠到設(shè)備出廠都經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的和完善的檢驗。

Our factory promises that all series of products will be produced in strict accordance with the National Standard ａnd the ministry standard, ａnd that the products will be brand-new ａnd unused, from the raw materials into the factory to the equipment factory after strict ａnd perfect inspection.

二、售后服務(wù)

產(chǎn)品售后服務(wù)工作由本廠售后服務(wù)部與全國的授權(quán)代理商和經(jīng)銷商共同完成。

The after-sales service of the after-sales service products shall be jointly completed by the after-sales Service Department of our factory ａnd authorized agents ａnd distributors throughout the country.

三、免費(fèi)質(zhì)保期內(nèi)提供24小時電話技術(shù)支持與4小時響應(yīng)服務(wù)，24小時內(nèi)解決問題，24小時內(nèi)仍無法解決問題的按原型號及材質(zhì)進(jìn)行更換。

Free Warranty period to provide 24-hour telephone technical support ａnd 4-hour Response Service, 24 hours to solve the problem, 24 hours can not solve the problem by the original model ａnd material replacement.
