車轍試樣成型機(jī)機(jī)器結(jié)構(gòu)機(jī)器結(jié)構(gòu)：

該機(jī)的主要結(jié)構(gòu)如圖三機(jī)構(gòu)簡圖所示，它主要由以下部分組成：

（1）       機(jī)架、（2）傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、（3）試模小車、（4）試件、（5）碾輪組件、（6）油缸組件控制箱、（7）液壓站、（8）溫度傳感器、（9）導(dǎo)軌等。

車轍試樣成型機(jī)機(jī)器結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)指標(biāo)：

1、試模規(guī)格：300×300×（30~100mm）

2、試模車的行程為300mm。

3、試模的高度變化值為30~100mm。

4、碾輪的壓力在0~20KN內(nèi)，可任意調(diào)整。

5、碾輪的半徑為500mm，寬度為300mm。

6、碾瓦預(yù)熱20~200℃，可任意設(shè)定，（通常設(shè)定為100）

7、碾壓輪線的壓力為300N/cm.（碾壓輪寬為30cm，故正壓力應(yīng)為9KN）

8、整機(jī)的外形尺寸為1750×1216×640mm。

9、整機(jī)的重量為500Kg。

10、連機(jī)功率為3KW。
