一般描述
CompoZr 基因敲除 ZFN 在基因特異性目標位點產(chǎn)生靶向雙鏈斷裂。通過非同源末端連接的細胞過程，該雙鏈斷裂可導致 DNA 序列的改變，從而創(chuàng)建目標基因的功能性敲除。為了盡可能創(chuàng)建功能性基因敲除，CompoZr 基因敲除 ZFN 靶向目標基因編碼區(qū)的 2/3。
外形
提供了CompoZr基因敲除ZFN，作為兩個編碼基因特異性鋅指核酸酶的質(zhì)粒。
