一般描述
The IsoBag® TSA Settle Plus is designed for quick ａnd convenient transfer of culture media used for air monitoring in isolators or RAB systems. The Beta bag consists of a sterile polyurethane DPTE Bag compatible with 190 mm Alpha Ports. The bag contains 80 lockable 90 mm settle plates filled with Tryptic Soy Agar ａnd supplemented with pyruvate to provide an efficient neutralization of hydrogen peroxide, Lecithin, polysorbate (Tween®) 80, histidine ａnd sodium thiosulfate to inactivate disinfectant residues. In addition, the plate model (plus or “+”) is supplied with a lockable lid for safe transport after sampling ａnd for aerobic ａnd anaerobic incubation of the plates .
