Malonate broth is recommended for the differentiation of Enterobacter ａnd Escherichia.
應(yīng)用
Malonate broth has been used to evaluate the utilization of malonate by Enterobacter sakazakii.[1][2] It has also been used to differentiate between Cronobacter sakazakii ａnd Cronobacter malonaticus isolates.[3]

制備說明
Suspend 8 g of Malonate Broth in 1000 ml of distilled water. Dispense ａnd sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs. pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Avoid the addition of carbon ａnd nitrogen from other sources.
