一般描述
CLED 瓊脂培養(yǎng)基常用于細(xì)菌學(xué)分析。[1]
CLED（半胱氨酸、乳糖和電解質(zhì)缺乏）瓊脂推薦用于泌尿系病原菌的分離、計數(shù)和鑒定。
應(yīng)用
CLED 瓊脂培養(yǎng)基已被用作非選擇性培養(yǎng)基，用于對廢水樣品中的喹諾酮和喹諾酮抗性基因 qnrS 進(jìn)行對映體分析。[2]
制備說明
將 36.15g 懸浮于 1000ml 蒸餾水中。加熱至沸騰以完全溶解培養(yǎng)基。15 lbs 壓力 (121°C) 高壓蒸汽滅菌 15 分鐘。
附注
