特性:維生素B12原料藥是深紅色結(jié)晶或結(jié)晶性粉；熔點(diǎn):300°C；能溶于水和醇，不溶于丙tong、氯*仿和醚。

用途:維生素B12是人體組織代謝過程中所必需的維生素。人體內(nèi)維生素B12的平均總量為2-5mg，其中50-90%貯存于肝zhang內(nèi)，在機(jī)體需要時，釋放入血液中形成紅細(xì)胞。長期缺乏B12會導(dǎo)致惡性貧血。B12及葉酸是細(xì)胞合成核酸過程中的重要畏酶，參與合成嘌呤、嘧啶、核酸和蛋氨酸等；并可使甲基轉(zhuǎn)移，而促進(jìn)但堿的合成；同時可增加糖地元的合成，從而有消除肝zhang脂的作用。臨床常作為治療肝病的藥物。人體每天約需維生素B121微克，每天食物中能提供2微克，即可保證正常的需要。維生素B12主要用于治療惡性貧血、巨幼紅細(xì)胞貧血、抗葉酸藥起起的貧血和多發(fā)性神經(jīng)炎等。
