RCDC系列風(fēng)冷自卸式電磁除鐵器是一種用于清除散狀非磁性物料中鐵件的電磁設(shè)備。一般安裝于皮帶輸送機(jī)的頭部或中部，通電產(chǎn)生的強(qiáng)大磁力將混雜在物料中的鐵件吸出后由卸鐵皮帶拋出，達(dá)到清除的目的，并能有效地防止輸送機(jī)皮帶縱向劃裂，保護(hù)破碎機(jī)、研磨機(jī)等正常工作，所以該系列除鐵器廣泛應(yīng)用于電力、礦山、冶金、建材、選煤、化工等行業(yè)。

3.1 海拔高度不超過2500米；
The height above sea level should not above 2500meters;
3.2 環(huán)境溫度不高于+40℃及不低于-25℃；

3.3 周圍空氣的濕度不大于30%（溫度為25℃時(shí)）；
The relative humidity should not lager than 90%(25℃)
3.4 無雨雪侵襲的地方；
It can work in the place where is no rain ａnd snow.
3.5 在無爆炸危險(xiǎn)的介質(zhì)中，且介質(zhì)中無足以腐蝕金屬和破壞絕緣的氣體與塵埃（包括導(dǎo)電塵埃）。

RCDC系列風(fēng)冷自缷式電磁除鐵器，是在RCDA系列風(fēng)冷懸挑掛式電磁除鐵器的基礎(chǔ)上增加了驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)、滾筒、帶刮板的缷鐵膠帶等組成的缷鐵機(jī)構(gòu)。在工作過程中缷鐵機(jī)構(gòu)自動(dòng)將缷鐵皮帶上吸附的鐵磁性物質(zhì)拋到除鐵器以外的集鐵箱內(nèi)，無需停電人工清理，實(shí)現(xiàn)了除鐵自動(dòng)化。
